It is almost turning into a fight, a food fight. One group is shouting: "You must carbo-load!" the other group shouts back: "No! you must avoid carbohydrate! You must eat more fat!" There are strong believers on either side, but is there really such a thing as the ultimate diet that is the best for every person in all conditions, independent of the goals of the individual?
